MISSION: The Bainbridge Island Land Trust’s mission is to preserve and steward the diverse natural environment of Bainbridge Island for the benefit of all.
ABOUT: The Bainbridge Island Land Trust is in the midst of the Stand for the Land Campaign - the largest campaign in the organization's history. Launched to safeguard critical habitat before it’s gone, this campaign has helped place down payments on 66 acres (across four properties) of ecologically significant land on Bainbridge Island Land Trust. Nature provides our community with a space for refuge and solitude and can be incredibly healing, especially during these difficult times. The Land Trust would greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide an update for our community on the status of the Stand for the Land Campaign, while thanking Islanders for their continued support and embrace of our organization's efforts to protect nature on Island, for everyone. We are on the cusp of announcing our final acquisition as a part of this campaign. It will take the whole community to protect this iconic landscape.
