Carmilla
Carmilla
Experience a new adaptation of the story that inspired Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Predating Dracula by 26 years - Carmilla is the groundbreaking, seductive tale that first broke the literary mold and established the modern vampire legend.
Laura lives a secluded existence in a castle with her father, right in the heart of the Styrian wilderness. She wants for nothing—except, perhaps, for the companionship of a girl her own age. When a seemingly chance encounter brings her into contact with Carmilla, a beautiful young countess as mysterious as she is beguiling, Laura believes her prayers have been answered… never guessing the terrifying nightmare about to unfold within her own household.
While Carmilla is not who, or what, she seems, Laura falls deeper under her new friend’s spell, and her father fights to save her from the unnatural sickness sweeping the countryside.

MISSION: The American Red Cross Northwest Region brings together local volunteers to care for their neighbors, trains hundreds of thousands of people each year in life-saving skills, and responds to a local disaster almost daily. With offices located throughout the state, we serve the people, businesses and communities of Washington and North Idaho.
ABOUT: How does the Red Cross respond to disasters during a pandemic like the coronavirus? Since February, when the coronavirus outbreak began to escalate in our country, Red Cross workers have helped more than 53,000 people recover from more than 13,000 home fires nationwide. Red Cross volunteers are working with local fire departments to connect with families by phone or video calls, offering a sympathetic ear and linking them to available support, such as providing hotel stays and emergency financial assistance.
